Is it easy to return items?

Absolutely!  Make sure you follow the return process to get your full refund, minus initial shipping.  We do NOT refund RETURN to SENDERS or DENIED shipments.  Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are returned to our warehouse, or we see the tracking from the Return Label that you created through our returns portal, you'll get your refund typically within 48 business hours.  ONLY ITEMS WITH A RETURN LABEL WILL BE REFUNDED.  DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER.  Please follow the return policy for a FULL REFUND MINUS INITIAL SHIPPPING COST.  If you have any questions on our returns policy, please contact our customer support.  1-800-455-8939 or email.
